#1 Fearless Moments - Climbing Glaciers in Iceland





Here I am after a 3 hour ascent and descent on a glacier in Iceland.  I prepared for six months to have the stamina and strength to do this physical task. I exercised each morning and walked in order to build my core and my capacity to walk and climb.  By planning and preparing I was able to reach this goal.  It made me feel really good to be the "most mature" climber of our group and that many folks younger than me did not even try.  I conquered my fear and worked through my doubts and I DID IT.  You to can conquer your fear by planning and preparing.  I invite you to join my Blog Talk Radio Show Fearless Generations and learn the 12 Steps to Freedom.
